Olivia Savas
Bar Manager
An affinity for mixology. While studying Psychology and Italian at the University of Albany, Olivia honed her craft at various locations around the capital district. She now enjoys crafting innovative and artisanal cocktails at Tala. Olivia also is a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, and often gives a nod to her practice in the nomenclature given to her cocktails and by utilizing natural and organic ingredients whenever possible.
